2024 work that involved assembling the engine, installing four-wheel disc brakes and Cragar 15″ wheels, overhauling the front suspension, and replacing the wiring harness, exhaust system, fuel lines, brake lines, brake booster, tires, rear shocks, door seals, headliner, and carpeting. Equipment includes an Edelbrock 800-cfm carburetor, an Edelbrock intake manifold, an HEI distributor, power steering, an aftermarket tachometer, a Hurst shifter, and an AM radio.
Finished from the factory in Regimental Red (RR), the car reportedly was repainted while placed on a rotisserie by the previous owner. Features include stacked headlights, a hood scoop, a driver-side mirror, and GTO badging as well as chrome trim on the grille, bumpers, window surrounds, and rocker panels.
The YS-block 400ci V8 reportedly was bored .030″ over and rebuilt under prior ownership, when the cylinder heads also were overhauled. The seller finished assembling the engine, replaced the wiring harness and the exhaust system, and installed an Edelbrock 800-cfm carburetor, an Edelbrock intake manifold, and an HEI distributor.
